You should consult a qualified privacy professional before making compliance decisions based on our reports.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataAigis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
